This might raise some steam but when the President of the U.S., calls his own people “soft” it’s the kind of call that might not sit well with everyone.
During an interview Thursday night with the NBC affiliate in Orlando, Florida. He states in the interview that Americans had “gotten a little soft” which is why we didn’t have that competitive edge that was needed over the past 20 years.
We weren’t what? What reality television show has he been watching?
Perhaps he didn’t realize that competitively Americans were on top of every game there is. It was American innovation that pushed the technologies of the internet and computing. No other country had an internet because no other country had the good sense to create so that it could be used for free people to communicate and do commerce. Music? Bands and music in America have continued to lead the way with at least three new genres having been created during the past 20 years. Movies, sports, television, have all seen leaps and bounds due to Americans being on their A Games.
We’ve won every war we’ve been in in the past 20 years too. Heck, if we’re so soft it must be terrifying to see what we’d be like if we got hard. Nobody gets as competitive as Americans. We tussle and wrestle and compete for everything. We had a surplus during the 1990s and that came from the competitive nature that not only made billions upon billions for America but also worldwide. Just the computer revolution alone opened up avenues for commerce never seen or imagined before. Now, because of American innovation and competitiveness there are people in underdeveloped countries who can do global trade and commerce. Construction technologies and engineering, medical breakthroughs came from the U.S., so how could we have achieved so much if we were so soft?
President Obama has got to stop criticizing the American People and tossing responsibility for our travails on the wrong target. His popularity in the polls and his failures are due to this kind of behavior he’s been exhibiting for far too long. He fails to look at the enemies that the newly educated Americans have been targeting and winning. Americans were competitive for sure but it was beyond the American People’s comprehension to engage in the evil and underhandedness of the international bankers, criminals in the intelligence community, corrupt politicians, and foreign interest groups who like Goldman Sachs and their ilk has successfully ripped off America to a level unprecedented in history.
The only ones who are soft are the politicians who not only bailed out the same people who ripped us off but then did it a number of times to total FAIL. Now that the news has come out that trillions of dollars were lent out by the Federal Reserve with no return on that investment.

I really like the article, and agree with it, except the statement “We’ve won every war we’ve been in in the past 20 years too.” That’s a stupid lie and you should have left it out. Also, it is nothing to be proud of, considering the money your government spends on war, and all the innocent people your military has murdered around the world. Tasteless…
Good article. It is certainly the hope of many that the American public i.e. being the true innovators that we are will not take long from here to vote out this (soft) rather rotten apple so that it will not… spoil the whole bunch, girl ! We need a businessman in office now and as soon as practicable to run the country and perhaps save it. There are no businessmen in office at present that can do the job and they do not possess the skills to know how…smiles and hand movements and teleprompter reading skills, smirks properly placed along with gestures rehearsed are fine but rather without lasting value..only simple momentary valueless gratification leading nowhere. The only agenda for these people, budget or otherwise, are elections, both democrat and republican, and heck with the people and the spirit that are the seeds of past generations before them, the “Innovators”. The public needs to take a new look at just how “few” people are running and manipulating this country. Even fewer pull the puppet stings.

BOTH PARTIES have refused to address these things and stop them.
1. VISA WORKERS and ILLEGAL ALIENS are displacing LEGAL CITIZENS (that is what the BIZ-CORP world wants-along with the various Chambers of Commerces, Commonwealths, Labor depts and other Biz groups across this land, -CARL GUARDINO of the SILICON VALLEY LEADERSHIP GROUP and his Biz groupies often say the must raise the VISA cap as much as possible for “INNOVATION”) and our Politicians have given these shysters their full blessing and threw their own citizens under the bus!
2. There has been refusal to end ALL Tax Breaks to any Biz who: Offshores, Outsources and hires VISA WORKERS and ILLEGAL ALIENS.
3. They have refused to send All VISA WORKERS and ILLEGAL ALIENS home.
4. They have refused to end the DISASTEROUS “Free” Trade policies of: NAFTA (N. American Free Trade Agreement), CAFTA (Central American Free Trade Agreement), GATT (General Agreement on Trade and Tarriffs) and the WTO (World Trade Organization)…….Now in their infinite wisdom, they want to expand this “Free” trade to S. Korea, Columbia and Panana.
These disasterous “Free” trade policies are why almost EVERYTHING is Made in China, followed, by India, Vietnam, Mexico, Honduras, etc and seldom is anything MADE in the USA….Go to any store and look at the labels!
Q: Whose economy are we benefitting when we buy: Made in China, India, Vietnam, etc? Why are we employing the people of China, etc?
Q: Why aren’t WE SELF-SUFFICIENT instead of DANGEROUSLY DEPENDENT on other nations?!?
This is so bad, we do NOT even make our own thread anymore. The Halloween candy corn is Made in Mexico. The novelty candles are Made in Vietnam and the costumes and decor are naturally mostly Made in China. You will see the same pattern with Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day, Easter and St. Patricks Day and July 4th….Hey, there’s nothing like getting your USA FLAG, Made in China!
5. They refuse to implement E-VERIFY to weed out ILLEGAL ALIENS and harshly penalize all employers caught with ILLEGAL ALIENS.
So, with all the terrible economic policies set in place with CORRUPTED and TREACHEROUS Politicians of BOTH PARTIES and many past presidents and now with this clown, suddenly, (“We”re Soft”)….Well, yea, look in the mirror, you filthly corrupted politicians of (BOTH PARTIES) have NO Loyalty to their own citizens and who have NO integrity either and then they have the nerve to blame us!!!….Boy, how arrogant and deceitful can they get?
Oh, I forgot to mention that thanks to NAFTA, now Mexican Truckers can now drive throughout this entire nation….Well, our politicians seemed so”concerned” about jobs, don’t they…. What they didn’t say was, those jobs were going for foreigners through Offshoring and outsourcing and VISA WORKERS, ILLEGAL ALIENS and Mexican Truck Drivers.
Their own citizens, who cares? Let’s all be homeless and push shopping carts. ILLEGAL ALIENS get jobs, VISA WORKERS get jobs, but WE, THE CITIZENS? Again, our politicians do NOT care.
I see the rising rates of the Homeless in my area, sadly and aimlessly pushing their shopping carts. True, some homeless probably had drug-alcohol problems, but what the people that lost everything because of the horrific employment and trade policies of our “Representatives?” What about rising rate of tent towns?
Q: It seems that the homeless are being criminalized for being homeless. …Why is that? Isn’t it our Politicians, GLOBALIST-MINDED CORPORATIONS and BANKSTERS who should be held criminally responsible for putting the USA and its own Citizens in this situation?
The police might go after the small potatoes but why don’t they look at the big picture and go after the people actually responsible for this mess in the first place?
The FEDERAL RESERVE and the BANKSTERS still have NOT been punished for DELIBERATELY causing the Housing Bubble and Derivatives Fiasco! The FED should be nationalized and (it’s NOT even Federal-it’s a foreign entiity run chiefly by the ROTHSCHILDS).
The BANKSTERS should be in jail with MADOFF and so should EVERY Politician (BOTH PARTIES) who siged the Bailouts (twice-without reading the bills-loaded with earmarks).
This should also apply to our heavily-controlled MSM (Mainstream Media) who kept the citizenry in the dark like mushrooms and acted like big Cheerleaders to get these bailouts passed.
Our politiicians still have not reinstated GLASS-STEAGALL.
And that weasel, Geithner is telling Europe to gets its fisacal house in order and to put up a firewall and yet, look at the mess we’re in. Geither is also responsible for some of this and he actually has the nerve to criticize others and ot note, he also has not reinstated GLASS-STEAGALL, so he has no room to criticize anybody else until his own house is in order!
Oh that’s nice that is….offshore American jobs forcing entire cities to all but shut down, allow illigal immigrants work visas, cut spending on public health and education while spending MORE on WAR that previous and current American governments INITIATED, make the people pay for bankers’ illegal financial f***ups then BLAME American people for “being a little soft” and losing their “competitive edge”??? Is he for REAL?? And just who the hell is this Obama anyway? The only thing we know about his past is that he went to the same church for 20 years. Other than that….who IS this dude??
